2026 Asian Association for Sport Management Conference (AASM)の発表申し込みが開始されましたので、ご案内申し上げます。

2026年AASM学会大会は、2026年8月21日 (金)～22日 (土)に Miracle Grand Convention Hotel, Bangkok, Thailandにて開催されます。

提出にあたっては、以下のフォーマットを使用し、(1) Word形式の主原稿と、(2) 研究者名と所属機関を削除し、PDF 形式に変換した査読用原稿の2種類をご準備下さい。フォーマットやガイドラインに沿わない原稿は受付できませんので、ご注意ください。

Submission Guidelines
·  Length: the overall length of an Abstract should not exceed 800 words, excluding author names (see below) and references (maximum 6 references).
·  Text only: Abstracts should include text only, i.e. images (pictures, figures, and tables) are not accepted.
·  Title: use a brief title to clearly indicate the nature of the research/project; capitalize the first letter of each word; do not use abbreviations in the title.
·  Author names: Abstracts should include the names of all authors, their institutional affiliation, and the e-mail addresses of principal author (these will be removed for the review process).
·  Language: Abstracts have to be in English and follow the APA formatting and style guide (see http://www.tandf.co.uk/journals/authors/style/reference/tf_APA.pdf).
·  Format: Times New Roman, font size 12, single line spacing, and no use of text design features.
·  Author restrictions: maximum of 1 paper first-authored and 3 papers co-authored, with the exception of research supervisors on first-author student submissions.
·  All abstracts will be subjected to blind review.

≪JASM国際学会研究発表補助事業≫

【趣旨】
本補助事業は、JASM会員である大学院生を対象とし、AASM学会大会における研究成果の発表に関わる費用を援助することで、研究発表の機会を増やし、日本を含むアジア地域におけるスポーツマネジメント研究の発展に寄与するとともに、国内外で活躍できる人材育成を目的とする。

【対象者】
JASM会員のうち、口頭発表を行う第一著者の大学院生を対象とする。なお、ポスター発表には補助を行わない。

【対象人数】
10名程度を上限とする。ただし、応募者多数の際、抄録の評価の高い学生を優先的に補助の対象とする場合がある。
その他、所属大学やその他組織からAASM学会参加に関わる補助を受けている場合は、補助を受けていない学生又は補助予定金額の低い学生への援助を優先する場合がある。

【受領要件】
本補助を申請すること及びその他の補助の受給に関する申請内容について指導教員に承諾と確認を得ていること。
また、補助対象者はAASMカンファレンスに出席し、自身の研究を発表したうえで、学会発表証明書のコピーを後日JASM事務局にメールで送付することとする。

【補助費の入金】
発表証明書のコピー受領後、JASM事務局より一人当たり日本円で3万円の補助費が振り込まれる。

【申し込み方法】
発表申込の際、所定のGoogle Formsを通じて、申し込み意思及び他の助成有無の確認を行う。

本補助事業への申請は任意であり、本申請の有無によって抄録審査に何ら影響を及ぼすものではない　

≪JASM International Conference Assistance≫

Purpose
· This assistance program is designed for graduate students who are members of JASM.
· By providing financial support for expenses related to presenting research findings at the AASM conference, the program aims to increase research presentation opportunities, contribute to the advancement of sport management research in Japan and the broader Asian region, and foster individuals who can excel both domestically and internationally.

Eligibility
· Eligible applicants must be graduate students who are JASM members and the first author of an oral presentation.
· Please note that this assistance does not apply to poster presentations.

Number of Recipients
· Up to approximately 10 recipients will be selected. In the case of a high number of applicants, priority may be given to students with higher abstract scores.
· Additionally, if applicants receive financial support for AASM conference participation from their affiliated university or another organization, priority may be given to students who have not received such support or who are receiving a lower amount of financial assistance.

Requirements for Receiving Support
· Applicants must obtain approval and confirmation from their academic advisor regarding their application for this assistance and any other financial support they are receiving. Additionally, recipients of the assistance must attend the AASM conference, present their research, and submit a copy of their Certificate of Presentation to the JASM Secretariat via email after the conference.

Payment of Financial Support
· After receiving a copy of the Certificate of Presentation, the JASM Secretariat will transfer a financial assistance amount of 30,000 JPY per recipient.

Application Process
· Applicants must express their intent to apply and confirm the presence or absence of other financial assistance by completing the Google Forms at the time of abstract submission.

Application for this assistance program is voluntary, and the decision to apply will have no impact on the abstract review process.
